Recently I had a visit from a young family with such a precious little boy, he was so wide-eyed and alert…until he fell asleep! He loved mostly to be held by mom but always looked for Dad to make sure he was close by since Dad seemed to have the knack of getting the best smiles out of him. Here are a few from both parts of the session, the asleep part and the awake part! What a good little boy you have there, it was my pleasure to capture these precious moments.
What a sweet little boy. He’s all grown up now, he just turned one years old! I met him first when he was just a littlg guy but you know what? He still looks exactly the same, he’s just a lot more active than he used to be. I would have to say out of everyone that I photograph this little sugarbug has the most expressive eyes I have seen. I just love them. It seems that a lot of my little photo babies are moving away…I hope you come back, I’d love to see you guys in a year. It has been my pleasure. And Momma, when you get back maybe we can actually go out for that cup of coffee. Godspeed during your travels my friend.
I always feel so privileged when I have the opportunity to photograph a women right before she has given birth. I say it every time… it’s such an amazing time, both physically and emotionally. I just love to capture this time in images. This session was a first of sorts for me as well as a first for my client. She will be delivering twins! I kid you not, but she has the most beautiful belly I have ever seen. All the bellies are amazing but she must have the best genes I know! Here are a couple of maternity images then of course we have to include the little man of the hour. I just love the hair! He was so pleased with the little tricylce, it was the only thing that would keep him still for a minute or two. Thanks for coming guys, I am so excited for the upcoming births and can’t wait to photograph you all again.
Even at 11 days old Little Miss M. wasn’t interested in sleeping at all. Usually when I photograph a newborn before they have been in this world for even 2 weeks they are so busy sleeping that I never even get to see their eyes. This little one never slept but also didn’t make a peep either. She was good as gold. Lets hope she stays that way!! Thanks for sharing your newest little addition with me.
She has moved away, sniff sniff. This baby is so sweet and it has been such a pleasure to photograph her from the time she was teeny tiny to now when she is exploring everything and is so adventurous. They made a special trip back to Vermont for a party and her last photography session. I’m glad they did because we had the session in one of the most beautiful place around…at Shelburne Farms Inn. Thank you so much for your great location idea. Also, thanks for being patient on the sneak peak blog post! I hope your trip back was uneventful. It was so nice to see you two again.
