10 day old…a little peanut

What a sleepy little baby we had this morning!  She came into the studio screaming and a reddish purple color then after a little milk she quietened down and slept the rest of the session away.  We have mom, dad and big sister helping out.  Here are a few images of them.  Thanks for coming guys, I hope she doesn’t fuss all afternoon for you since she was such a peach this morning =)

The other entries for the Valentines contest

Because I promised…here are the other entries that were submitted for the Valentines Photo Contest.  For those of you that have been following, you know the contest and who the winner was.  For those that are just stumbling upon the blog, I will give a brief re-cap (or go to the link above).  “Send me some LOVE” valentines contest was open to anyone to send a picture of someone or something that they love.  The top 3 pictures were decided on by my photography peers.  These top 3 winners all won a complimentary photo session.  Out of the top 3 winners, one final winner was picked by you all.   Image #2 was the winner by an overwhelming majority.

Here are the other entries…also so sweet, I loved all of them.  Thank you so much for entering.

And the winners are….

Ethan and Anna Pringle image #2.  The image is so sweet and a wonderful capture.  Best of all is the description of a mothers love for her children as she watches them together.  Just lovely.

Ethan and Anna will receive a complimentary photo session plus a $100 print credit.  Think they’ll love it?  I’m sure their Momma will.  I’ll be sure to give them some BIG lollipops for their treat.

For the Santa Image and the Boy on the Beach, you both receive a complimentary photo session either in studio or on-location.

Thank you everyone that took part in the voting, it was a tough choice and I’m glad I didn’t have to do it =)

And just for kicks, on Monday I will post all of the entries that were submitted into the contest.  So check back to see, I think you’ll like it =)

Newborn Slideshow

This lovely family came for a session a couple of weeks ago.  They told me not to bother making a slideshow because they use a mac, which isn’t compatible with my slideshow format.  It seems such a shame not to make the show for them, so I decided to put it on the blog for them to view.  Hopefully they won’t mind!  So here you go guys. Give it a minute to load then enjoy!    5 mins 3 secs.
